Jewish Apple Cake

Time: 1 hour
Notes: Can make in a pretty bundt pan -- just make sure to grease liberally!
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 4 eggs
- salt
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 3-4 large apples, sliced, peeled and cored
- cinnamon sugar
Method
- Mix all ingredients together, except for apples.
- Put in 10 inch tube pan in the following manner: batter first, apples, batter, apples, batter, apples, batter.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
