Sourdough discard pancakes

Time: 20 minutes
Notes: Worth chilling the batter in the fridge for a bit before using.
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking power
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sourdough starter
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 2 Tbsp yogurt
Method
- Mix the dry stuff together.
- Add the wet stuff and mix them in.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes if you can wait.
- Cook on a hot pan with lots of butter!
