Pizza dough
Yield: 4 pizzas
Time: 40 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 cups 00 flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tsp yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
Method
- Mix water, yeast and sugar and let stand for five minutes (bubbles!).
- Stir together flour and salt and make a hole.
- Pour in liquid and work in slowly with fingers/something. Might need some extra flour.
- Get onto a floured workspace and knead a few minutes.
- Place in a lightly oiled bowl and let stand (covered) for 30 minutes.
- Cut into about 4 pieces, depending on your pizza-size preference.
- Use immediately, or wrap into individual plastic-covered balls and refrigerate.
